Where are we?

The Centre for Research in Applied Communication, Culture, and New Technologies (CICANT) is representing Lusófona University as the first center to be part of HRS4R. We have received the Confirmation Letter, and we are currently in the Initial Assessment, after having submitted our HRS4R application in April 2025. We have conducted an internal online assessment and focus groups, which are currently under evaluation (Gap Analysis, OTM-R Checklist, and Action Plan). Subsequently, if the application is accepted, we will proceed with the implementation of the Initial Action Plan.
